Another stunning lake to enjoy is Fish Lake. Smaller in size, it is quite aptly named Fish Lake and is famous for none other than fishing. Although Rainbow and Splake trout are the main catch, Mackinaw lake trout is a popular find here as well. Lastly you have Blue Lake which is a unique spring fed lake that keeps the water around 60 degrees all year round. Bass reigns supreme here as do the fisherman but there are many other recreational activities to do at Blue Lake such as scuba diving that has become increasingly popular due to the warm waters.
Overall the Utah lakes offer incredible views, great Utah fishing as well as family friendly camp grounds, fantastic vacation houses and plenty to see and do. It may be the ski resorts that bring people to Utah during the winter but during the summer it is the Utah lakes that really let the outdoors man in you shine through.
